An Argument for the Significance of African Spiritualism and Heritage on Organizational Sustainability
In spite of the overwhelming influence of African Spiritualism it is hardly been systematically studied as a site of research in advancing organizational effectiveness. This presentation is in two parts: the impact of spiritualism in the management of organizations in Africa and the effects of spiritualism on the management organizations largely controlled by people of African descent in emerging African Diasporas.
